1. Is the Chrome extension free?
Yes. Basic autofill is free and uses no credits. Only the AI parts, like written answers to custom questions and a tailored resume or cover letter, use credits.
2. Which job sites does it work on?
LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Oracle, plus more than 1,000 company career sites.
3. Do I need a Sprout account?
Yes, and that is all you need. Sign in to the extension with your Sprout account and it fills applications with your details.
4. Does it submit applications without me?
Only if you want it to. With autofill, Sprout fills the form and you review it and click submit yourself. With auto-apply, one click and Sprout submits the application for you in the background.
5. Where do my applications go?
Every application is saved to your Sprout tracker automatically, so everything you applied to is in one place.
6. Is my data private?
Your personal data is fully encrypted and only used during the application process. Sprout never shares or sells your information - it’s stored securely and accessed only when you choose to apply.
