2. How does Sprout work?
You set up your profile once with your experience, skills, and preferences.
When you swipe on a job, you can apply instantly or answer guided, job-specific questions that surface skills and experiences you may not even realize you’ve built.
Sprout uses that info to personalize your resume and cover letter, fill application questions, and prepare everything for submission.
You review, edit, and apply with a swipe or click. Sprout will submission and tracking for you.
3. How does the Swipe to Apply / Quick Apply feature work?
It’s simple.
Swipe right or tap apply on a job you’re interested in, and Sprout takes it from there. Using your profile and any guided inputs, Sprout personalizes your resume and cover letter for that role and prepares the application for submission. That's it.
4. Can I customize my applications?
Yes.
Before applying, you can review and edit everything — your resume, cover letter, tone, and phrasing. Sprout helps you move faster, but you full control over what gets submitted.
5. Where does Sprout find job listings?
Sprout pulls listings from verified company career sites, job boards, and partner networks — all refreshed daily.
You can search across industries, locations, and work types (remote, hybrid, or on-site) directly within Sprout.
6. Will employers know if I used Sprout?
No.
Sprout prepares role-specific resumes and cover letters for each application. What employers receive from you, is a polished, professional application tailored to the role.
7. Are Resumes and Cover Letters Generated by Sprout ATS-friendly?
Yes.
Sprout formats everything so your application can be easily read by employers. Rest assured, your application looks polished, professional, and ready for review.
